The “structure your narrative for your reader” section struck me most because of a blog post I’m preparing for my personal site. As rooted in my own experience as the topic is, I’d been wondering if I’m referring to myself (using first-person pronouns, in other words) too often. Once I’ve finished a draft, I think I’ll go over it and see how I can revise appropriate parts to ensure the post isn’t just about myself.
