Dana, I totally relate to this feeling. When I started building my list I too was paralyzed by the idea of not knowing what to do with it. Definitely check out Kirsten’s materials. Also, keep your eye out for the May/June issue of Writer’s Digest magazine, their “Web Issue.” There may be an article in there from yours truly about building an email list. 🙂
