I&#039;ve been having issues with both confidence and stress / anxiety lately, so it makes me interested in trying cypress, grapefruit, or lavender (which I already love the smell of) oils to see if they might help. My yoga instructor also uses essential oils on us, dabbing a bit on our wrists before class or on our foreheads right before shavasana (the final yoga &quot;stage&quot; at the end of class). So I&#039;ve already experienced the benefits of oils that way, too.
