					<description><![CDATA[Oh yes, checking social media AFTER writing is key.  At least, that&#039;s what I&#039;ve discovered.  When I write on my iPad I&#039;ll even put the device in &quot;airplane mode&quot; so it has no internet and I&#039;m not tempted to check the twitter machine or the blogsphere or whatever.  Love your idea of using Facebook as a reward.  I may have to borrow that one!]]></description>

I can have the music on or off.  But I have discovered I&#039;m the most focused when I&#039;m out of the house writing.  And I reward myself by checking Facebook AFTER I write. ;)]]></description>
